Looking for a unique event space in Los Angeles? Devil Mask Studio is a stunning, light-filled creative studio in Downtown LA (DTLA), designed for intimate gatherings, workshops, photo shoots, brand activations, and private events.

Located in a historic former department store, the space features original hardwood floors, 10-foot-high tin-tile ceilings, and a wall of east-facing windows that flood the studio with natural light throughout the day. The flexible layout and movable Mid-Century Modern furnishings make it easy to transform the space for your event or production.

Is the space kink and BDSM-friendly?

Yes. Devil Mask Studio is a shibari and kink education studio, which means that the space is designed for rope, bondage, and adult content production. Private scenes, client sessions, and kink-adjacent productions are explicitly welcome and listed among our rental use cases.

Does the space have rigging points/hard points?

Yes. The studio features a large central suspension frame with multiple anchor points suitable for rope suspension, aerial work, and production rigging.

How do I book?

Rentals are managed through Peerspace. Visit our Production Rentals listing for photo and film work, or our Event Rentals listing for events, workshops, and private gatherings. Don’t see your preferred date? Reach out – we may still be able to accommodate.

Where is the studio located?

529 Lindley Pl #305, Los Angeles, CA 90013 – we are in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles, with paid parking lots and street parking within a block of the space.

What is the minimum rental duration?

We require a two-hour minimum. Check the relevant Peerspace page for additional requirements.
