Bare Asana: Clothing-Optional Yoga

Bare Asana is a clothing-optional yoga class held every Sunday morning at Devil Mask Studio in Downtown Los Angeles — a space that’s become a quiet Sunday ritual for a growing community of practitioners. Each 60-minute session opens with intention-setting before moving into an all-levels flow designed to strengthen the mind-body connection and build presence. Clothing-optional means exactly that: come as you are, wear what feels right, no ‘yoga body’ required. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or have never unrolled a mat, Bare Asana is designed to meet you where you are. Start your day in community, with intention-setting and creative movement designed to strengthen the mind-body connection. All bodies are welcome, and no prior experience with yoga is required.

Bare Asana is lead by Odessey (she/her) on the first and third Sundays of each month Amon (they/them) on the second and fourth Sundays of each month, with guest instruction by Emma (she/her) on fifth Sundays.

Students are encouraged to bring a yoga mat with them to class; studio mats are also available to borrow.

No one turned away for lack of funds – if cost is a barrier to your participation, email [email protected].
